It isn't uncommon to feel ovulation, especially after a m/c. I did for the first few months post my 1st loss. I had little twinges on the respective side. They lessened the further out I got from my loss.
!! I just had this issue(I mc on 11/9). My CM was saying I was ovulating and then I had cramps. Just discomforting pangs, but enough that all I wanted was the couch and a hot pack on my lower back. Not sure if it's normal but it didn't continue for more than an hour and hasn't happened again.

i'm sure it is. I had my mc on 11/14 and I am now feeling crampy and it does coincide with my normal ovulation. I've never felt bad cramps before, but everything does get thrown out of whack
