What's for dinner tonight?

I'm trying to come up with something awesome to make for dinner tonight. I have ground beef thawed out. Any recipe ideas that are easy and delicious?

Also wanted to add that I made an AMAZING Cheesy Chicken Dorito Casserole the night before last that was so easy!

1 bag of Doritos

Sour Cream

1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup

1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup

Salsa

Chicken (cooked)

Mexican Cheese

Optional: Corn

Reserve 1 cup of shredded cheese, crush doritos and cover the bottom of a 13x9 pan. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the doritos. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Pull out of the oven and add remaining cheese and bake for 5 more minutes.

SO GOOD!

Re: What's for dinner tonight?

  • No idea...  I should look into that.
  • honey-mustard chicken, mixed roasted veggies, bread

Put whole cut-up chicken into a pan skin side down
Mix honey and mustard together (2 parts honey to 3 parts mustard)
    Spoon honey mixture onto chicken
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes covered
take out of the oven, take the cover off, turn the chicken over, spoon honey mixture onto the other side
Bake at 375 for another 30 minutes uncovered

Voila.  Dinner good enough for company.

  • I'm making chicken vegetable soup. A double batch, so I can freeze half for after baby comes.

Big ground beef hits in my house are beef stroganoff, meatballs, either plain with sauce, cheese stuffed, or sweet and sour, cabbage rolls, and nachos.

  • DH is a picky eater. So I can't do much. He lives for mac n cheese and I'm burnt out on it. He wants spaghetti tonight. I hate having a picky eater on my hands :/

This sounds so yummy! Do you have recipes you are willing to post? I'm not a great cook, but I would love to try this out.
