Mom of the Year!

OK, so I don't think this will earn me to MOTY award, but I'm still pretty pumped.

DD1 wants to ask Santa for a pink flashlight "Like my cousin Emmy" (Emmy is actually my cousin's DD, but I'm not about to explain the difference between first and second cousin to my 3-year old). Whuck? We went there once 2 - 3 months ago and I have absolutely no clue what the heck she's talking about.

I was doing a bit of shopping over lunch time yesterday and happened to see a pink flashlight. It was on sale and there was only one of it, so I bought it. I then emailed my cousin to ask her if that was the same flashlight as Emmy's. IT IS! YAY! This is pretty much the only thing DD1 has been asking for whenever we bring up Santa, so I know she actually wants it. I only hope she still wants it in 3 weeks or so from now.
