Colace (docusate sodium is the generic) --always check with your OB first. Drink TONS of water, I swear, between this and walking/exercising it will help.
Eat pears/pear juice or prunes/prune juice. It also works. Prune juice may work a little faster if you put it in the microwave for about 5-10 sec, to make luke warm. Yuck- but also works. Its how we got the elderly to poop in the nursing home. Its drug-free and gentle!
I had Miralax throughout my pregnancy with J, and my doc was ok with it... It's not absorbed in any way, from what I understand, so it doesn't affect the baby.

Ditto to this - I'd try natural remedies first before considering medication.
