We are getting our pictures taken tomorrow morning, so I hope that Grant is in a good mood and the pictures turn out good. I also hope that everything goes well with my foot, meaning, I hope I am not in pain and that I can manage to get to where we need to be without any issues. Grant has been sick, but he seems to be getting better, so I don't think that will be an issue.
There must have been a cancellation because when I went to schedule my appointment with the developmental pediatrician they said that they could get Grant in on Tuesday! Now, because it is so sudden I feel completely unprepared. I wrote a post about this on the SN board, so I hope that someone there can give me some help.
Wednesday I have an appointment for my foot. They will remove the cast, take x-rays, and evaluate what needs to be done. I was told I might be able to do partial weight bearing, so I don't know if that means I will get a boot or if I will get another cast. Either way, I will be happy to get this damn thing off even if it is for a little while.
Thursday we start speech therapy.
I finally made an appointment to meet with someone to help me with the issues I have been having too. You guys have been a tremendous support to me and I appreciate everything you guys do!
