I really don't know how to being this post, so I will just start-
I can't believe that you guys are so supportive not just online, but in real life too. It's one thing for someone to reply to your posts, but it is another thing for someone to take the time to send you a card and write you a message. I felt very loved when I got the first set of cards earlier this week from about 6 of you, then I kept getting more and more cards. Then today, I got a few more and a gift card to a cleaning service - How freaking wonderful! A few cards included visa gift cards too. I'm not sure how you guys were able to do all this without me having any idea of what was going on other than a PM asking me for my address.
People might not realize that even though this is an internet forum and we are all ultimately strangers, that when things get rough some of us post more in-depth about our problems and situation than what we would tell people that we have known in real life for years. You would be surprised how much that your gesture means to me. I have been having a really rough time with life, and you guys made me feel better than you could ever know.
Here are the people I have gotten cards from (updated from my last post):

Many of them even flew from around the country to visit this woman and her LO in the NICU. I was blown away when I read that and I hope that through the years we will form that same bond. In many ways I think we already have.
We are all rooting for you and keeping you and Grant in our thoughts and prayers. Know that you can count on us for support even if we aren't there to give you a hug!
That's so awesome! I bet the women from TB were much more helpful to her then her RL friends - from what I've seen on here women "get" kid stuff much more then my RL friends (even ones with kids, which is odd!). I only had one or two people check in with me from time to time when the girls were in the NICU but I bet if I had been active here at that time you guys would have been more supportive. Women here really seem to get that it all it takes is saying "sorry what you (or your LO) are going through and we're here for you", which is something a lot of people don't get.
Preggers, I'm glad this stuff was able to brighten your day a little. You have had such a tough time lately and you deserve it! I hope this coming week is great for you guys with all that you have planned. I know that most of us don't have special needs kids but if you don't get a lot of replies on that board and want people to bounce ideas off of I'm sure a bunch of us would love to try to help.
