Pregnancy announcement pictures

DS finally has his one-year pictures tomorrow!  And well, DH and I have been TTC for the last couple months.  It's been 6 weeks since my period, so I'm planning on taking a pregnancy test tonight.  I was thinking if the test was positive, we could do something fun with that in the pictures tomorrow.  I was looking on pinterest for "big brother" picture announcements or a family picture announcement (without trying to give my hopes up too much Stick out tongue).  I'm not having any luck finding anything I like.  Anyone have any they'd like to share or a pinterest link of a fun announcement picture?

    I've liked the announcements that show a picture of you standing (with shoes on) and then baby shoes set next to yours. Mostly it's people standing and the pic only has part of your legs in it to really show focus on the shoes. But that would only be really good if your DS was able to stand. You and your DH could be in the middle, your DS on the other side of your DH, and the baby shoes on the other side of you.

    My friend just announced she was pregnant with #2 and they stood by a wall, and the dad was holding the son and then there was a + written with chalk on the wall and then the mom holding her belly the =4 was after her. I thought this was SOOOOO cute :) also this would be easy to do with photo shop or just adding the numbers and symbols after the picture was taken!

    When I told my parents I took portraits of each kid and put them in a triple frame.  The third frame said "This Frame is Reserved for Baby S______.  Estimated Date of Arrival July 7,2013"  The text was over a simple photo I has taken of fall leaves.

    I love this idea on Pintrest and it seems you could easily adapt it to be with the whole family or just your DS.
