Baby Acne Qs

Any experiences or tips on baby acne. My LO had clear soft skin up to a couple day ago. It's on the bridge of his nose and forehead. Hoping it clears up before Christmas!

    I did nothing. Just washed his face with plain water and rag. No soap. No lotions. It was gone in 2 days.

    It SUCKS! My LO has is SO bad.  Doctor confirmed.  So just put BM on it and leave it?  Wash with water later?  How many times a day?

    Just leave it to dry. No need to wash off later.

    Probably as often as you care to do it. Maybe once in the morning and once at night would be easy to remember...

    Aw I know it looks bad, but just remember it's not bothering her.

    Good luck. Hope the BM helps dial down the severity quickly.
