Need to find a sitter for couples therapy!

I finally have a good lead on a marriage counselor and I just realized I can't bring the baby and I will need DH with me...I have no idea who to ask.  DS's sitter is in school during the day, my friends work, and my neighbor could do it but I'd need to explain where I'm going and I'm not sure I want to go there...I'm terrified of leaving her with a stranger though so I will probably have to suck it up and tell my neighbor that my marriage blows and we need help...that's the equivalent of telling my mother.
