Miscarriage/Pregnancy Loss

I never thought it would be me......

I had a + pregnancy test on 11-24 I decided I would stay quiet about it and not even tell my husband till Christmas but that all changed last night when I started spotting 
I called my doctor right away who already knew I was pregnant because I work with her and told her on Monday she told me to meet her at the office at 8:45 (the office opens at 9 and it was my day off) she did a ultrasound it only showed that I still have a pretty thick lining since I am only 4w6d nothing else will show. Did a HCG and progesterone test won't have results till morning but as of now I am still bleeding. I have a question though for all of you has anyone else miscarried after having mirrena IUD.
