We are experiencing difficult financial times right now, so I have become interested in seeking out coupons. Are there any good online sites to find coupons or deals? Any advise to start saving with coupons?

    blogs are the most helpful for me.  i follow many that do all the work of finding coupons.  also, i sign up for a lot of online programs - even CVS, etc because they send them via email.

    Sorry you are having problems right now.

    You could Google coupons for the specific stores you shop at.  Do you formula feed?  If so, sign up at the formula companies websites and they'll send you samples and coupons. Also, someone mentioned the other day that the nest (bump, whatever) now has a coupon board, but I don't see it on the list to the left of this post.

    I save money at the grocery store with coupons from the Sunday paper.  Also, a lot of grocery stores send emails now with additional internet coupons that you can print out on different products.  The trick is, don't buy something just because you have a coupon.  Only use the coupons for the things that you normally buy.  GL!

    Oh, and I forgot to mention that if you do formula feed and receive checks of a brand that you don't use, you can swap them for the brand that you do use with the girls on this board.

    I use coupons from the Sunday paper too.  I've also gone to the market with a little calculator and a set budget.  I make sure to only buy what's on the list first and if there is a little left in the budget, I may buy something extra. 

    Ditto too about not buying something just because you have a coupon.  I've also found that sometimes even with a coupon, the store brand is cheaper than a name brand.

    Good luck.  Totally understand having to cut back!
