AF returned at 5 weeks post-partum?

So I had some bleeding issues about 1-2 weeks after I gave birth, turns out it was an infection - had other symptoms - pain, tenderness, fever.  It's since cleared (thanks to heavy duty antibiotics) but I started bleeding this AM with no other symptoms.  Could it be AF?  I've been EBF ever since DS was born.  With DD, I nursed her for a year and AF returned 1-2 months after I stopped nursing.  

What's your experience been like?

    I got bleeding 5 weeks pp, and then again at 8 weeks. And then nothing for 2 months, then again a few weeks after.

    Lol, I hope my BC is working! Because I have no idea when my period is coming or not.

    It's rare, but it is possible to get AF back that early. I got it with DD1 at 9 weeks PP and with DD2 at 5 weeks PP. I know it was AF because I was charting and I O'd a couple weeks later and continued to get AF every month after that.
