Bruised labia ... For reals??

So after an easy PP recovery, I went to spin three days ago and now my labia has a lump on one side and it really freaking hurts! I think I bruised it or something. Dr. Google says apply ice but was wondering if you ladies had suggestions! Thinking about trying to see my OB/GYN today instead of waiting until next week.

Forget getting back in shape...I can barely walk or sit!!
