I am shaking. I am officially in Tri 2 now, off to OB next week.
Question is for my fellow IFV'ers... Do you think it is safe to tell people now?No one knows at all.

Any updates? How are you feeling? Appts coming up? I have my next growth scan in a week. I think my doc will be taking me out of work soon to ensure I don't develop pre-e since my BP has been increased slightly lately. No protein in urine though so I am good thus far. I feel okay, just very tired. Baby flipped last week so thankfully we did not have to do a procedure to flip it, but my need to pee every 2 seconds is in full swing now, lol!

I haven't really thought of a birth plan and am trying to keep an open mind as I may have complications. I didn't take any classes on birth so plan to wing it, lol! I think the most important things for DH and I is that we have the baby skin to skin right after it comes out (if possible) and we try to breastfeed for a bit before letting anyone come in. It will just be DH and I in the delivery room.
TTC since March/April 2010
DX: MFI - less than 1 million sperm, 26% motility
DH put on anastrozole to increase counts
June/July 2011 100 mg Clomid + TS IUI#1 & IUI 2 - BFN :-(
Forced break due to DH getting spinal surgery in August 2011
IVF - January 2012: BFN
FET in April 2012 - BFP at 6dp5dt! Beta #1 at 9dp5dt: 82.5, Beta #2 at 12dp5dt: 352 Beta #3 at 19dp5dt: 6000, saw heartbeat and one little bean at 5W6D!
After nearly 3 years of waiting our LO was born December 18th 2012!
No updates. Feeling good for the most part.
QOTW: I don't have a plan. I would like to be able to push the boys out, with an epidural. However, I am mentally prepared for a c/s. Baby B is currently breech with his head way up in my ribs. Baby A is head down, but lays on my side. He actually pushes his whole body out and I can literally hold it in my hand. He likes to push his bum out too. Kind of got side-tracked, but yeah, c/s is on my mind due to their current positioning. That could change still.

Baby B's heart stop beating at 9 weeks 5 days
Our little miracle baby is a boy.
Baby Boy Owen and Baby Girl Avery were born too early on Feb. 13, 2011 due to a pedunculated fibroid, incompetent cervix and suspected placental abruption.

Lots of love and luck to my PAIF/3T/IF Veteran ladies, especially my dear friend Zookie. Congrats to Papps, Teach84 and Starbuck on their little ones.
Update: I am due in two and a half weeks. I can't believe she's almost here. I am still fearful that something will go wrong or be wrong. That's what years of IF will do to you.
Birth Plan: I have no real birth plan. I joke that my only birth plan is to leave the hospital being healthy and holding a healthy baby girl.
My next appointment is tomorrow. Not much else to report right now. Will schedule a/s tomorrow.
QOTW: I'd like to do vaginal birth with an epidural somewhere around 5-7cm. And I also like the idea of skin to skin right away assuming all is well when they take baby out

Update - 28 weeks tomorrow. Not sure how it happened that I'm almost in the third trimester. Nursery furniture was ordered Monday and the crib and bookcase should be here next week. The dresser is backordered until "early December" whatever that means. Still need to pick out a glider. Other than that, I'm feeling behind, but as of January 1st I'm unemployed, so I figure I have 8ish weeks to get done what I need to get done.

I got the order sheet to schedule my 20 week anatomy scan, but there is all sorts of insurance drama, so I had to make about ten phone calls yesterday... At my last OB appointment, I got to hear the heartbeat on the doppler, but other than that, the appointment was only about five minutes! I'm feeling pretty good right now, but I don't feel anything yet and I don't have anything close to a bump!
Oh, and the best news of all -- as of yesterday, I am finally off the PIO!! I'm still on progesterone supps, but I'll be doing more blood work to see when I can quit those, too.

I have not thought about this at all. Everyone in my family has had c-sections, so I am worried that this might be the only option... I would love to have a regular vaginal delivery, but I am basically leaving it up to the doctors to determine what we should do...

updates: Just had my 2nd u/s today at 7w6d....thank goodness baby looks good - measuring 8 weeks with a hb of 167bpm. My next appt is Dec. 11. I am still in disbelief that this is really happening!
QOTW: haven't really thought about it...so far, the plan is just to get the baby out alive and in the right time
