Why can't I ever do a PIP?!

I have a mac. Every time I want to post a gif, ecard, or pic of DD it NEVER works! I follow Ambsies's tech support instructions...still no luck. Is it just me?!?

    Nope. I could never get it to work on my Mac , either. I use my phone to post PiP.

    If you use tinypic.com, make sure to use the IMG code.  Just copy and paste into the box here.  As far as GIF's on a mac, i haven't been able to do it.  Actually I think its the browser that limits you.  I can do it on IE, but not on Chrome or Safari.
