My 6 month old just ate an entire Ella's Kitchen pouch which is 3.5 ounces. We started solids at 5 months so she is a good eater.
Is this ok or over feeding? She seems so hungry!

Me too. I hear you can't over feed a baby if you pay attention to their cues and stop when they want to stop. My LO will sometimes eat 6 oz of food in a sitting. He is in the 35th percentile so I know he isn't being over fed! Lol
