Stupid Confession

I can't think of an UO/judgement today, but I do have a confession so thought I'd post that instead. My confession is that I'm a jealous, selfish, non-sensical b!tch right now. I'm jealous as hell (like, to the point where tears came into my eyes) about two recent FB pregnancy posts. I'm not jealous at all of the ladies on here who are expecting again and I'm not jealous of my IRL friends who recently told me they're expecting their first. But the women who already have a baby, one a month younger than Lily, one a couple months older, have me seeing green. And it's so stupid. We're not actively trying, but we ditched the condoms recently and I'm actually a day late, so I might even be pregnant right now. So this makes no sense at all and I hate that I get this way about pregnancy. (Just before I got pregnant with Lily I was so jealous of the three million pregnancy announcements that seemed to be popping up all over, and I hated it because I didn't feel like myself. I'm never usually jealous or bitter like this.)

Step away from The Facebook! Try and keep yourself busy and focused on other things. I know, I know easier said than done, but when I feel this way I try and convince myself that right now isn't the right time for a reason blah blah blah.

I wish it were as simple as stepping away from FB, shediva. We're doing a family fun day this weekend with the one couple who just announced. And we're going with another family who have 2 LOs that have the same age difference as this couple is going to have, so I think there's going to be lots of 2u2 talk.

And I don't know whether I think I'm pregnant or not, kujay, so I'm trying not to think about it all. Which of course doesn't work. But I wish I could live in a distraction bubble until I know one way or another.

Oh I hear ya! I was at a grey cup/baby shower on Sunday and there were 4 pregnant friends there! I was insanely jealous! Then I was on TTGP grad check in yesterday and I was even more jealous, oddly since I have no idea who any of the grads are! I hope that you are just crazy jealous and emotional because you are KTFU!! I know I am not, so I am just crazy!

DH picked one up on his way to work this morning. If AF doesn't show up today, I'll use it tomorrow. I would usually wait longer, but the family fun day on Saturday is at an indoor waterpark and I want to know whether I need to be prepared for AF to suddenly show up and ruin my swimming fun.
