I've been having cramps for the last hour or so, and I'm trying to not freak out- and to stay optimistic that nothing's wrong- and I'm wondering if the cramps could be from me being constipated. I know I have to poop and I just can't. Anyone else get cramps from that?? TIA!
Re: Do you ever get cramps from being constipated? :)
I sell a drug for constipation- so it's what i talk about all day long with doctors
cramping is one of the most common side effects of constipation - one of the biggest reasons people go see the doc b/c they are tired of the cramping/pain, straining, etc.
as long as it's not really horrible like you can't take it anymore- don't worry- eat some prunes and you should be good to go
Yes, but they should go away after you do the deed.
Try colace - ask your dr. first. I've been taking it since 12 weeks and it helps.
