    My dr does.  Just because if I start dialating we know what precautions to take, and if I am/do dialate after 37 weeks we are going to up my c/s date.

    I was told no internals for a RCS by one Dr. at my OB office

    My OB does, which was fine with me because with DS#2 I was somewhat on the fence about whether I'd actually go through with the RCS. With #3, I knew I'd definitely have the RCS but I was having contractions often so I had internals then as well.

    Mine doesn't unless you are having regular contractions.
