I think DH has the fever...

the baby fever.  It was brought up on Thanksgiving (So when will J be a big brother? Confused), and we are in agreement that it's not even an option until we move home.  I feel like we barely survived with J by ourselves here, I need family help!  Plus, we can't afford daycare x2 here.

DH says (when I mention the daycare), I bet we can steal "X" teacher from daycare!  She can watch them both at our house.

Noooo!  What if he slips me the water you've all drank?  I think I'll fill my own glass from now on...

ETA: Should've added - can't have a baby now because of $ and no room in our house lol.

    Oh man! The fever is very contagious around here! Have y'all looked into one of those online babysitters websites? Like the ones that do a background check and you can meet them before?!? It will give you a break and maybe help you decide to try for number 2 or not?!? I say worth a try! I use to be a babysitter on one of those sites!

    I should've clarified - financially, and as far as room goes, we can't have a kid where we live now.  Our debt is too high (thanks, student loans from an art school).  The teacher he wants to "steal" actually is our current babysitter lol.

    1-2 years, depending on his current job.  Probably leaning towards 2.

    Same thing here! We are in the same boat with $ and space. we have decided to stay put tho and let the kiddos share.a room...when the time comes.

    thats cute, Ms! There's something about the holidays and this time of year, I think. On Thanksgiving, my grandma was saying that someone at church gave her all the plates we were using and that there were 2 extra plates for someone to fill.. *hint*hint*

    TELL me about it!  The homesick feelings seem so much worse now.  I don't know if it's the holidays, or that J is getting older, and I wanted our kids close in age, or what. 

    Don't get me wrong, I LOVE our life here and what we've done.  We have wonderful friends (including some bumpies), great jobs, J has amazing teachers, but it's not home.

    DH did the same thing to me the other day when C was really whinny. He started saying that he needs a sibling because he's used to having other kids around at daycare always entertaining him. 

    We have agreed that we will wait until the end of next you to TTC for financial reasons and because we also want to be in a new house before LO#2. S when he started saying that the other night with a little smirk on his face, I was quite surprised.

    As of last night I think H and I both have the fever! I'm scared! I always said closer to 3 years between but I don't have that much self control to hold out that long.

    I wish H would catch the fever! I have it but it must not be the contagious version because he is not ready at all.

    We decided to stay in our house as well. Our kids will share a room which isn't a big deal. I shared a room and so did my H until we were older.
