There are several great photographers advertising in the Bump guide and you can find them in the digital version. The link is posted at the top right corner of this page. Good luck!
I used Holli Margell. She does on-site photoshoots instead of studio work. Basically, where ever you want to go (nursery, park, trail, etc). She told me she has a maternity cross fit photoshoot soon and I am looking forward to seeing those shots. Her outside work is what drew me to her. Here are my photos...
She is a stay at home mom and very considerate of child/maternity issues. She was also very good at attempting to hide areas of my body that I am not comfortable with. FYI - I have a lot of excess skin on my tummy that leaves me with a big horizontal line. She always made sure to hide that line by fussing with my shirt. Or my DH tends to look down which gives him a double chin. She has all kinds of sly tricks to get him to suck in his chin without telling him he is sporting a double chin.
First I'd like to say congratulations!! I am new to the WA area and I am an up incoming photographer. I am trying to build my portfolio and I am offering $50 1 hr portrait sessions at a location of your choice, I also offer in studio pictures for infants and children.
I'm not sure if this is allowed here, I am trying to figure out how to add my business to the website. I apologize if its not!
