Women that have used Fenugreek

My supply has dropped significantly, I don't know if it's because of the week long period that I just got off of, but I am barely producing 3 bottles a day and my son drinks 4 at the sitter's house. I just purchased Fenugreek and I have a few questions. I read to take anywhere from 6-12 capsules a day (2-3 at a time, 3x a day), but how should I space that out? If I just bought it and took 2 at 5 pm, should I take two more at 8 and then again at 11? Or is that too close? Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

    I would do 2-3 more at bedtime, but wait until tomorrow for additional doses.  It can be a little rough on the tummy, so I wouldn't try to squeeze a whole day's worth into a few hours.  I took 3 pills 3 x daily for a week, then upped it to 4 pills 3 x daily before I saw results.  GL.  AF does mess with your supply though, so it might bounce back on its own.

    IUI#3 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 3-7) = BFP!

    Our daughter E was born 7/29/2012!
    Surprise, our 2nd daughter P was born 5/22/14!
