Eczema expectation?

How long after switching formulas due to possible milk protien intolerance should I expect to see a difference in eczema? I am getting so upset and frustrated, but I know it takes time.

I'd expect from 2 weeks to a month. My son also got some topical oil for his eczema as well as switching to alimentum and he's doing great!
