Hi my name is Amy Beth and we just went on a roller coaster! My husband Justin and I had a destination wedding in Aruba planned for may, and in September found out we were 5 weeks pregnant. We changed the "wedding ceremony" to December in our home town and then got married at the court house right away for insurance reasons.
Last week I had some spotting and because I am Rh they had me come in right away for a Rhogam shot and we found out the next morning at our 8 week apt that there was no heartbeat. Devastated, it was confirmed we miscarried.
So out of all the stress of re planning a wedding, the only thing we were looking forward to was our little surprise baby! And now we want to try again right away! We can't wait to be parents. Sorry this is so long and I am so very sorry for all of your losses. Nothing compares to that feeling. This board has helped me a lot.

I have one question. When should we start counting the cycle? Bleeding started 10 days ago. It's seems to be lightening up and Dr says we can try right away.

    I am so sorry for your loss. But welcome to the board. If you haven't already, read the TTCAL blog at the top of the forum, there is a lot of helpful information there. CD1 is the first day of red flow.

    I'm sorry for your loss and welcome here.  Maybe you can go to Aruba for a honeymoon?  That's too bad about the wedding.  ((hugs))

    BFP #1: 12/2009 m/c 1/2010 BFP #2: 6/2010 m/c 8/2010

    BFP #3: 10/2011 ectopic 11/2011 (right tube removed, learned left tube was probably nonfunctional due to scar tissue from infection after m/c)

    3 failed IUIs, IVF #1: 18R, 12M, 10F, 3 poor quality 5d embryos transferred= BFP #4!!!!!

    Betas: 9dp5dt: 64 ~14dp5dt: 91 (expecting miscarriage, doubling time of 236 hours) ~16dp5dt: 200~18dp5dt: 500

    First Ultrasound at 6w2d revealed two sacs, only one with a heartbeat

    LK arrived after 42 weeks on August 14, 2013! Beautiful, healthy, and happy!

    TTC#2: IVF booked for April 2015

    Surprise BFP#5 February 19, 2015 EDD: November 2, 2015

    Betas: 10dpo: 10, 14dpo: 77, 17dpo: 270

    First Ultrasound at 5w1d showed a miracle UTE baby! And right ovary ovulation to left fallopian tube.

    JD arrived at 38 weeks on October 20, 2015.

    TTC #3: Since October 2017. BFP #6 July 2, 2018 EDD: March 16, 2019 [/spoiler]

    sorry for your loss... but congrats on getting married. I agree with otters- just go for a honeymoon :)

    I am so sorry for your loss. Welcome to the board, although I am sorry you have to be here. I agree with all PP, CD1= first day of red flow, and go to Aruba now for a honeymoon. GL! I hope your stay here is short!
