Contractions or regular pains??

i've been having cramping type pain & back pains all day. up to now. can this just be regular pain or mild on/off contractions?? never had pain all day like this before. any advice ladies. TIA

I would call your doctor. It may be normal pregnancy pain but if I am ever in question about something related to my pregnancy I just call. It doesn't hurt to be a little overly cautious in my opinion.

I would call. I had tigtness all day and decided to call OB. I was sent for a non stress test and later found out I had BV
