Question of the Day: (Jenn, this one is partially for you!) What's your favorite cardio/workout/dance music? (bonus points for links/PIPs)
A Little Something Extra: I know the year is wrong on this picture, but I'm going to do this challenge for December... Anyone else care to join me? (Also, let me know if it's too small--I had to decide if I wanted it to be gargantuan or legible.)
ETA: So, it's the Pushup Challenge--Starting on the first, the sequence is 5, 5, 5, 7, 10, 10, 10, 12, 15, 15, 15, 17, 20, 20, 20, 22, 25, 25, 25, 27, 30, 30, 32, 32, 35, 35, 35, 37, 40, 40, 40-
So you'd start with 5 pushups on December 1 and just keep adding from there.

THE GOOD: I'm still eating well and sticking to my less sugar restrictions. Plus, I'm doing better with the fruits and veggies.
THE BAD: All I want is candy! Or chocolate! So it's making it hard. So far so good though.
THE PROUD: I went for a 15 minute walk at my lunch yesterday and today. Go me!!!
THE PLAN: Stick to all my restrictions, try to eat more healthy/organic foods, keep up with the fruits and veggies, and keep walking!

I'm so horrible with names of songs or bands or anything. I just have a bunch of mix cd's that friends and family has made for me. So really, I'll be no help. I need something with a beat and it needs to be loud.
I can't really read the picture. Sorry. But if it has to do with pushups, count me out. I can't even do one.

Also, I can find some pushups you can do. Wall pushups, maybe? No pressure, though. I just miss having pretty arms.
THE GOOD: I lost 1/2 a pound over Thanksgiving!
THE BAD: My goal is more like a pound or 2 a week.
THE PROUD: That I didn't go crazy over the holiday...I didn't even have dessert on Thanksgiving.
THE PLAN: Keep up with MFP and get out and walk a few times a week.
Question of the Day: What's your favorite cardio/workout/dance music? It must be upbeat, music, preferrably hip-hop or pop music. I also must know all of the words cause I like to sing along
I can't participate in the push up challenge...I had a hand injury awhile ago that makes push ups very painful!
