Around here it's Facebook! There is a mom's buy and sell group for our little city and there are over 2000 members. Things sell at great prices and very quickly!
Try this website and search your zip code. I usually have better luck (cheaper prices, better selection) at sales like these rather than Once Upon A Child or other consignment stores. Sorry not clicky. iPad.

We have a regional consignment sale that happens twice a year in our community that seems to draw a lot of sellers and buyers. Ours is a franchise that is called Kids Closet Connection, but there are a lot of similar events.

We have that same sale here twice a year. I just went to the Fall one and got some great toys for DS super cheap. It was great! I would definitely consider selling stuff there next Spring. In the meantime, I have a couple barely used really nice items that I'd love to unload now, but if I can't, they will definitely be going to a future consignment sale.
Check and see if there's a Once Upon A Child in your area-- it's a resale store especially for baby and kid stuff. They'll buy your stuff for either cash or store credit, depending upon the item and season.
