  You have to wait. I think it took a week or two. I asked for an earlier pickup date since we were going out of state the same day but all they could do was mail them to us if we couldn't pick them up at that time.

  I don't know where you live at in PA, but if you have a portrait innovations near you they print them out right there. They have a pretty good deal going on right now to.

  They make you wait, even if you purchase the disc, you don't get it the same day. I thought you would, because I've gotten a disc same-day at Sears before. Plus, I just had horrible customer service at JCP and am very disappointed in them right now.

  I'm still waiting (2 weeks later) to get pictures in the mail. They do not do them the same day. I'd recommend Portrait Innovations, plus they take some 300 pictures; whereas, the JCP associate is capped at 30-some.

  From my personal experience, I would not recommend JCPenney Portraits to anyone.  We took DS there for his 3 month photos.  The photographer took her pics and then I wanted to change his outfit and have more taken but he fussed a tiny bit and she said "well I guess he's done taking his pics!"  She ended the session right then!  I didn't like the customer service, nor the fact that you do have to wait close to 2 weeks for your pics, and it was so hot & stuffy in there that I was uncomfortable, so it's no wonder my little guy fussed a bit!
