So I'm 10 weeks pregnant and craving anything that's not healthy. I have to force myself to eat grilled chicken and fruit when what I really want is burgers and fries lol I've never in my life ate the way I want to eat now. I lived off grilled chicken breast and veggies before I was pregnant. Will these bad food cravings end!!?

I'm a FTM, so I'm honestly not sure if they'll get better or worse: But from what I've picked up so far: they will come and go as they please!
There was a post I saw on another website though that gave a chart of what to eat when you are craving. Usually cravings mean your body needs something, so they had a "if you are craving a hamburger, you need....". I'll try to find it and post it on here!
