    Pick the one for email.  That makes it smaller.  Also, when you choose the link to post from tinypic, use the IMG one.

    Somewhere, I posted a play-by-play in pictures of the process.  I'll try to dig it up.

    No, for the SIZE choose website/email.  That's what makes it small (320X240).  The Thumbnail option is half that size and the size of the picture in my signature.  When you're choosing the link to paste, choose the one that says IMG Code for Forums and Message Boards.

    The choose file button or whatever is greyed out and unclickable.

    I had this same issue a few weeks ago and the ladies said it was an update issue. I think you need to update your iOS in settings on your phone
