DD was a perfect, ideal sleeper. Since two months old she's slept through the night, effortless crib transition, so routined with naps bedtime. DD just turned 10 months. A few weeks ago she was going through a growth spurt I believe, waking up twice a night, got a bottle and went back to sleep.
Since then it's gotten worse now I sometimes have a hard time getting her to go to sleep at night she's often up again before we even go to bed, and theough the night. I've resorted to bringing her in our bed just to her back to sleep which I'm dissapounted in myself for doing and feel the issue lies there.. She's not in discomfort from teething or anything, she will simply cry until she is gets to lay with mom dad. I must break immediately but need some advice on how to do so
Re: My perfect sleeper suddenly not anymore?!..
Thank you. Last night I let her cry for a little while and she eventually went down and I thought she was asleep sure enough a minute later she was up again... I caved I just wasn't sure if that's what I should be doing I will have to suck it up and be strong!!
