chart question

First of many this month so I am sorry, I am not sure if this is a crazy train question?...

I woke up at 345am and since I had sold sleep I temp. 97.60. I went back to sleep and temped at normal time after trowing the covers off me because I was sweating. 97.90. Which should I use? And should I open circle either temp.

I am starting to get nervous because I "should" o in less than a week and I am afraid if I don't have accurate temps o won't get CH or something....let the craziness begin.

I always use the first temp too, mine really jumps once I wake up.

This. It also doesn't matter since your only cd6, don't stress about it

Maybe I should move back my time since I am waking around 345 every night...yes?

That's what I did. I typically wake up around 4am but sometimes manage to sleep until 5:30. I can't set an alarm because I won't go back to sleep.

A lot of people do not temp during AF so if you decide to roll back your time to 3:45 starting with today's temp it should not mess up your chart. You have about a week until you typically O so FF should be able to establish a good coverline and still give you CH.
