Hey Ladies! Hope you had a great week. I'm only down 2oz this week...boo. I'm sure it's partly due to the holiday but I'm disappointed because I thought going back to work would make it easier but I think it's made it harder. The stress of getting everyone out of the house, daycare, work, pumping, ugh! I'm definitely eating my feelings!

I worked out yesterday for the first time in a while. I also joined my fitness pal and am really surprised how easy it is to use. I used to track calories in a notebook so this is waaaay easier. It has just been so hard to control what I eat. BF makes me feel like I am starving all the time.

I need to work out but how do you ladies working outside the home do it? Especially with it getting dark so early. I get home at 530, play/feed/bathe/put lo to sleep at 7, eat dinner, shower, pump, hang with dh, bed. I walked once last weekend. I want to get in shape. Ideas?

I'm also tracking via MyFitnessPal, and also struggling to find time to do any sort of exercise. I try to do little things like taking the stairs at work (3 flights). I know that diet is the most important factor for weight loss, but I'm so out of shape now that I haven't exercised regularly since 5 months into pregnancy.

I know it's no fun to exercise in the dark, but that may be the only time you can. I would totally exercise in the mornings in the dark if DH didn't leave for work at 5:30 am.
Is there any way you can get in some exercise during a break at lunch? I've been running during lunch (there's a shower in my building) and eating at my desk, but you could always just walk, too, and then not require a shower...

I'm excited. I haven't weighed under 130 since I first started trying to get pregnant in spring 2010. Of course, it's for a not fun reason and probably not sustainable - DD has a milk protein intolerance and it took me a while to figure out what I could eat if I couldn't eat dairy or soy.
