I took letrozole/ovidrel this cycle and will start prometrium tomorrow. 2 good follicles 19 and 22, and obe smaller one 14.5. I just had my 2nd IUI yesterday. It was awful. The nurse couldn't get the catheter through my cervix. She tried for about 20 minutes and then called the doctor. The doctor did a regular exam and then took another 15 minutes or so before it went in. I had awful cramps all day yesterday and it still hurts this morning. The good news is that DH's post wash numbers were awesome: 18 million with 88 motility. Last night when we were going to bed DH and I listed things we are looking forward to most about being parents if we succeed. Surprisingly, it helped me feel more optimistic. My test date is December 11th...fingers crossed.

QOTW: I know this is three movies, but The Lord of the Rings trilogy!

We are currently in the 2WW. We had back to back IUIs on Thanksgiving and Black Friday. I will be ready to test on December 6th. I am so antsy, and just extremely hopeful that we will be lucky and get our BFP. It has hit me really hard the last week just how much I am ready for a little one. It doesn't help that an 18 yr old came into our office this morning with his newborn while mommy was still in highschool today.

My favorite movie would be Gentleman Prefer Blondes, and a multitude of others! I really cannot just pick one

((hugs)) back! I'm on CD9 of IUI #5. Been on follistim since CD3. My first monitoring appt showed 17 follicles with 5 looking like front runners. I go back tomorrow in hopes only a few of those 5 are mature. I've never made it past CD10 before triggering so I figure I'll trigger tomorrow and have the IUI on Saturday.

QOTW: I always have a hard time with this question. Growing up it was The Sandlot and A League of Their Own. Now it's more along the lines of Forgetting Sarah Marshall. I also love Pride and Prejudice (all versions) and Wuthering Heights (Tom Hardy version - swoon) but the books will always be better than the movies.

My cycle was canceled due to poor response (I was given the option to come back in to see if they matured any tomorrow, but was told it would be unlikely they'd be ready for that and I'm out of town Friday-Wednesday). Sucks....I was told by the nurse who did the scan I'll move onto injects since I haven't responded to just Clomid well next go around (either Jan or Feb, depends on when my cycle starts and my travel schedule)

My fav movie is Shawshank Redemption - LOVE it!

Still on a break. Should hopefully get DH'S 2nd SA results todayRE office received them Monday afternoon and I was supposed to get a call yesterday but of course they didn't call, grrrr!! Anyhow, DH also saw his dr yesterday and had some blood work done. And he's getting a uro referral, so we are on our way...just very slowly. :

So envious of all you ladies doing IUI's, TI, etc! Hope they all work out for you this cycle! FX!!

Oh and fav movie? Tough one! Some old favorites are Sixteen Candles and Pretty Woman. :

Currently in the longest 2WW ! Had my IUI on 11/21, post wash # wasn't great @ 6mil but we will take it. My RE office didn't schedule any more bloodwork , just told me to hope my cycle never comes. So I'm planning on testing 12/5, unless I can't control myself and test early. I triggered on 11/19 so I'm at least waiting 2 weeks from trigger to test to ensure accurate results. Right after the IUI I felt like this cycle was a bust since I'm pretty sure I ovulated the day before the IUI since I had what I think was O pain. However now as its getting closer to testing I'm feeling more hopeful. Who knows I would love for it to work but with IF you are more prepared for failure then success.

We had 56 million little swimmers for IUI #3. She told me motility but I couldn't hear what she said and I was afraid to ask her to repeat it. I suck. I'm 2 days past IUI and 4 days past trigger. 2ww blows!

Hi ladies! I'm on to IUI #2. My first monitoring appointment is on Saturday (CD12. This cycle I'm trying to do fertility yoga every day.

QOTW: Hmmm, this is tough. I guess I'd say the movie I watch the most (especially when sad or sick) is Sliding Doors. Good luck to all!

Hi Ladies,

AF showed up early this month (22 day cycle) so I have started taking Clomid 150mg days 3-7. I am currently CD4 and will go in for monitoring on 12/6 in hopes to do IUI #3.

IUI#1

Had my baseline sono monday. My right ovary sits high so there was a lot of painful pushing and proding for the sonographer to get a good look at it! Had a 7mm follie and perhaps some tiny ones she didn't measure. The left had a 12mm. Was hoping for more follies...

Started Clomid and Gonal-F injections. GO back Saturday morning which is only cd10 ( but I usually O on day 12 so RE wants to check me early). Praying those follies GROW! Will trigger sometime this weekend and IUI on Monday morning most likely. I am not sure if I will be doing betas or if I will just POAS... they haven't told me yet.

I have a ton of favorite movies - I love Bridget Jone's Diary and could watch it every day.

Good morning ladies! I got word the other day that one of our sweet bumpies that has moved on to adoption is giving me her left over drug stash! I'm feeling so loved that as an OPP having been on this board for almost three years someone would think of me. It is enough for our IUI #4 in Jan. AND one of the drugs I'll need if we move on to IVF in spring. So excited!! Based on my cycles, IUI#4 cycle should start around Jan. 10th - 12th. Getting close now!

QOTW: My fav movie of all time is The Shawshank Redemption. "Hope is a good thing. Maybe the best of good things." and "Get busy livin' or get busy dyin'" are my two favorite quotes from it.

We did IUI#2 yesterday. I'm so hopeful this cycle! Last time, I only had one good follie. For this one, I had 2 for sure, possibly 3. DH's post-wash numbers were awesome-50 million, 99% motility. It's gonna be a loooooong 2 weeks til I can test.

Like everyone else, I have a bunch of favorite movies. I'll go with the Harry Potter series, though

Stupid AF arrived so IVF 1converted to IUI 4 is a bust. Didn't have too much hope for it but it still sucks. I'm on to IVF 1.2 mid/end of January. GL to everyone!

Today was IUI #3! 5mg of letrozole, ovidrel trigger (that I gave myself in the school bathroom- yuck!), progesterone starts in two days.

Favorite Movie: High Fidelity. I worked in a cd store for 2 years- that movie makes me remember that time!

Keeping my fingers crossed for all my IUI buddies! I love looking through that list of BFPs.

Hello hello! IUI #3 was a BFN. Tomorrow is IUI #4... another natural cycle. Hubby goes in this weekend for another hormone panel and SA, I am hoping his numbers have increased!

Testing: HPT on 06Dec12. I'm trying soooo hard not to test early. count was 65 mil with 60% motility, IUI on Thanksgiving. This will be our last natural cycle IUI. 1st with the new fertility clinic but this IUI #4 total. Next cycle would be clomid if this one doesn't work and then IVF in 2013.

I had my second unmedicated IUI with donor sperm on 11/28 and am now in the TWW with daily progesterone. My RE commented that our donor had great numbers. I think it was 26 million with 61% but I could have that all wrong. We are to do a home test on 12/12.

I am not a huge movie watcher, I have movie induced narcolepsy, but my favorite ever is probably Life is Beautiful.

I presumed we were TTA this cycle but my RE just said we could try on our own so that was good news. Unfortunately I just had a beta draw on Wednesday and it was slightly positive (13). That's 5 weeks after my D&C so I really hope there's not something still left in there. Once this cycle ends we'll move on to IUI #3 with either Femara or injects.

My favorite movie is The Royal Tennanbaums.
