How's your sex life now that its been awhile since that six week checkup and you're a little more adjusted to motherhood? What are you doing for BC? Anything different about sex than before, minus the fact that a child came out of your "biscuit?"

Better than before baby. When I was pregnant, we didn't DTD until 20 weeks because of previous miscarriages and then we had like a month before I was like, "GTFO." Now, it's about two to three times a week. Before pregnant, it was about once a week or every two weeks. I'm very unsuccessfully taking the dumb mini pill. I still haven't Oed, but beforehand it was a rare occasion too. I take forever...I do notice that it's shorter now though to where I'm almost there.

I have virtually no sex drive and only do it when i feel like its been too long for the hubby. But honestly I didn't have all that much sex drive when prego either. Poor hubby, its been along time since he got good and regular intervals of sex.

for BC i just started on the pill this week.

It STILL hurts. I'm more into than I was while pregnant (once I hit 16 weeks we didn't do it but maybe twice) but definitely not as in to it as I was pre-baby. We have only DTD 3 times!! Two of those were in the last week. Lol I'm not on any birth control except the use of condoms. I'm sure it would be more enjoyable without those dang rubbers.

Im on Lo Loestrin. Me and Dh have sex probably about 4 or 5 times a week here recently. We were sexless until around 24weeks because i had no sex drive. The rest of my pregnancy I was like a horn dog some days and others the thought of sex made me sick. Post baby..best sex of my life. Atleast 3 nights a week i jump DH. The rest of the days its all him. It takes me a while to O as well and last week we had a sucess twice.

It's about the same. It doesn't happen as often as it used to but often enough. I can feel my tear from time to time but mostly not. I am on the para guard. I have had no problems with it.

Due to an insurance eff up, I have yet to get my iud put in. My appointment is on the 7th. So we have had sex with a condom a few times, and once or twice pull and pray, but we haven't had a real good session like we used to. We've been exchanging mouth-to-south for the most part. I never had much of a sexual appetite before getting KU but during and after I'm much hungrier! I just told DH we need to have someone babysit so we could have a date night on the 8th to celebrate my IUD with some unprotected sex! Woot!

We definitely don't do it near as much as pre preggo and while I was pregnant. Right now we may do it once every other week where as before it was at the very least once said week. Sex is easy better fir me now then before as well. I got an IUD recently, I really like it. It's better than trying to remember to take a Pill every day.

i haven't really been feeling much in the way of a sex drive. DH didn't have one 3rd tri (i had a huge bump) and since being cleared, we're just having a hard time getting the timing right. I swear she knows when we're about to get started and wakes up.

Anyways... With four kids we barely sleep, so sex is out if the question. We have had sex maybe five x since dd was born. It's the same as previous. My biscuit felt different and sore for about 8 week pp, but it's just a time and energy thing bit a sex thing. We use condoms and dh is wait g for his referral to het snipped

My poor DH seriously low sex drive here.....I'm sure most of it is because I've gained some weight and feel like a cow. I just started weight watchers!

Im low on the sex drive as well, and sex is still pretty uncomfortable for me. Not to mention that finding time for it is difficult. Most of the time, DH and I are too tired to do more than a bit of light petting.

Before I got KU we were having sex at least once a day. During pregnancy we were still doing it at least 3 or 4 days a week of more until I delivered. 13 weeks pp we've only done it 3 or 4 times. Either he's in bed and asleep before me because I have to pump, or I'm too tired... I really need to get laid.

Edit... We are using condoms. I'm still not sure I def want the depo shot, and not in a hurry to get it since my cooter is collecting dust.

We have managed sex maybe 5 times since the sweet bundle arrived. The first time was pretty awesome. Two times after...sorry TMI...my butt KILLED during sex. And no, we weren't doing anal. That went away by the fourth time and I got the Paraguard and have no complaints on that front. My only complaint is that my husband and I work opposite shifts. We'd definitely be having more sex if we saw eachother. Our baby sleeps through the night, so the lack of sex is not due to a lack of energy or want. We just never get to be in bed together at the same time lol

Now that I've had my iud placed, we thought we were going to be back at it, but my ob left the strings waaay too long so DH and me both get hurt.. Hell I hurt all the time randomly so no sex until my checkup on the 11th

The quality is very good even though the quantity is greatly reduced. We could not DTD from the time I was on bed rest at 27 weeks until 6 weeks PP and we both missed it.

I am not using any BC because it is extremely unlikely that I will conceive without ART again and we are willing to take that chance.

Pretty much ditto. It hurt before baby and after. I won't go back on the pill until DH comes back so we use condoms which we both hate. Feels like having sex with a hard balloon.

Well DH and I have been together 2 years. The first year, it went from every single day to most days before I got KU. That didn't change until 3rd tri when I became uncomfortable. We waited 4 weeks pp and we used pull and pray method a few times, until I started mini pill. Sex has gradually increased, we have sex about twice a week. We want to do it more but just so tired!

Our sex life hasn't been the same since. It is still not comfortable for me in majority of DH's favorite positions so it sucks. Prebaby we would have sex probably twice a week and now we are lucky if it is once.
In addition, LO has an amazing super power of knowing exactly when we have sex and when DH is close. He wakes up 90 of the time. We don't even have to be in the same room. As soon as he starts crying it makes it near impossible for DH to finish so it sucks.

We manage to do it about once a week. Before pregnancy, we did it about 3 times a week. I'm not into it, honestly. It's hard to find the time and energy, and I have no sex drive.

No bc, just pull and pray. I don't ovulate on my own, so the chances of me getting pregnant are slim. And I haven't had a period anyways, due to ebfing.

Our sex has been the best it's ever been. I don't know if it's because we just have this crazy connection now but it's just so intimate. Maybe it's because SO still takes it pretty easy instead of a wham bam thank you mam but I'm really enjoying it!
