Rib pain

I have been experiencing some random sharp pains today in my ribs (left) every hour at least.  When it first started this morning it was in the front area of my ribs and was radiating to my hip and now it is in the back are of my ribs.  Any idea what could be causing this sudden onset of sharp quick pains?  I figure it is just the babies moving around, but can't imagine them causing me pain this early (20 weeks). Has anyone else experienced this?

    I had rib pain around 20 weeks but it didn't move around. It was usually just at the front and was worse if I was doing something bent over. Felt like they were bruised.
