I FINALLY heard back from the nurse a little after 3:30, and didn't hear those magic words I'd been hoping for. My RE wants me to stim tonight and tomorrow, so trigger won't be until Thursday.
I was so panicked about getting more Menopur (I am ordering one day at a time now), I totally forgot to ask about my E2 level, but I'll get it when I go in tomorrow. As for my follies, here's the current standings:
27 Total:
Right: 17, 16.5, 15(3), 14(2), 13(3), 10(2), 9, 7(2)
Left: 17, 16(2), 15, 14, 13, 12(3), 11, 8, 6
I'll get a better idea tomorrow and Thursday of how many should be mature. The nurse (same one who thought I'd trigger tomorrow), thinks the 13-17s should make it, and maybe some 12s, so that would put me at 16-19, which would be great. Regardless, I just want quality eggs.
So I'm down to just 3 vials of Menopur tonight (no Follistim), and then 2 vials
tomorrow. I should now trigger on Thursday, have ER on Saturday, and ET
next Tuesday or Thursday.

3 break cycles; took clomid 50mg, BFP #2 Beta #1 35, Beta #2 338!!! Owen was born 2/11/11!
TTC#2: 4 cycles on clomid: BFNs
BFP #3: Cycle #5 100mg clomid; beta #1 21; beta #2 6=CP
Cycle #6 break cycle TTC no meds=BFN
Cycle #7: 150 clomid+ovidril+IUI=BFN (switched to RE)
Cycle #8: follistem+ovidril+TI=BFN
Cycle #9 Forced break due to cyst
Cycle #10 follistem+ovidril+TI=BFN
Cycle #11 follistem+ovidril+TI=BFN
Cycle#12 Forced break due to cyst, went on BCP; did repeat HSG, Saline U/S

The closer I get to being done, the more often I go in. I'm not sure why I went 2 days in a row over Thanksgiving weekend, but going daily now makes sense to me. Last time I triggered when my largest was 20.5, so I guess she's aiming for around that number again. I guess she's aiming for 1-1.5mm daily growth over the next 2 days, to get me around 20 again.
On the positive side, ER on Saturday means one less day to take off work, and if I make it to 5dt, I can take off Thursday and Friday, then have all weekend to take it easy as well. Either way, it means DD will be finished with exams in time for ET.
FX that you get to trigger tomorrow, but if not, I welcome the "company" on Saturday!
