Oh, the memories!

On Thanksgiving DH's cousin (who I am very close with) told me she's pregnant. They've been trying for a few months and it was basically the exact time frame of us trying and finding out this time last year. I am so happy for her.

The funny part is, she texts/emails me daily with all of her worries and telling me she's taken 10 tests and she's still thinking her period is going to start. She told me she feels like she's crazy. I had to laugh because a year ago I was having the exact same HOLY CRAP moments. I told her rational thoughts will forever be in the backseat now as crazy thoughts have now taken the driver's seat. Should be a fun 9 months living vicariously through her.

I'm also super excited because DH has such a small family (one aunt, one brother, one cousin) and she and I will be the only one having kids to keep the family going. I'm glad they'll be so close in age!

    My sister has twins 1yr, 2mo older than DS, and I love it. Those twins are 8mo older than one of my brothers sons, and he has another one due the beginning of Feb. I'm so excited my baby will have family to grow up with.

    It's nice you can live out a pregnancy through her lol. Helps with the "baby rabies" as people have called it.

    That's exciting! DS and any future kids will be solo for a while. My brother is a senior in college and so is his girlfriend but she's starting dental school on the fall so no go to there. My SIL is a sophomore in college and is not fond of babies so I'm hoping DH's cousins start having babies. One is trying.
