10 weeks is very encouraging!
Whenever I've had miscarriages (3 total) I never made it past week 6 so I feel very encouraged 
PLUS.... week 10 during my pregnancy with my 2-year-old was when we got the cutest ultrasound in which he looked like a little gummy bear and actually waved at us with his little flipper! So.... that's the visual I have in my head at the moment I have my first doctor's appointment tomorrow
