Formal introduction

Thanks to bikitybinx for the welcome ... and considering I kind of snuck into sooner's post below I figured I'd do a formal intro.

My name is Lauren and my son, Leonardo, was born on his due date, Feb 1st... 44 hours of labor . I've been lurking here for awhile mostly because I popped on here once everyone had kind of established themselves and I felt weird just saying hello. Don't know why, I shouldn't have! Anyway, everyone here has been so helpful even if you didn't know it, so it's about time I said hello.

A little about me: I'm a stay at home mom, from So Cal, previously a manager of an IT helpdesk department (don't miss it one bit), and kind of a bit of a crunchy mom (vegetarian, cloth diapering, baby wearing, baby led weaning, elimination communication, etc, etc). Leo's pic is in my signature and his new thing, which happened this morning, is to try to stand without holding on to anything
