Pain in Quadracep muscles

Hi!

 I am about 13 weeks pregnant with triplets and I woke up this morning and my quads are so sore- like I went for a long run yesterday- however; I haven't done much activity at all as my doctor has restricted me to sitting with minimal walking at work/no exercize, etc.

Has anyone else experienced this?

    My behind was sore after going up and down the stairs doing a bunch of loads of laundry this past Monday.  I don't do much else either, except attempt to keep my 20 month old from injuring himself during his explorations.

    TTC since May 2006. After 3 failed Clomid cycles, 2 failed Injectibles/IUIs, 2 failed IVFs and 1 failed FET, we moved on to adoption!

    Last ditch FET resulted in BFP, and identical twin girls!
