How do you store your milk while you pump? My Medela bottles are only 4 oz. a piece, so if you're pumping 9 oz. at a session, do you have to stop pumping and switch out the bottles or do you have bigger bottles?
Sorry for the ignorant question - I just can't believe you girls can get that much. I'm so jealous! That would be 2.5 bottles for DD all in one sitting!

I I pump both sides I get 7-10oz (usually a.m. only though) and my bottles for my manual medela pump are 6oz. I get 6oz off my left, empty the bottle into a freezer bag then pump anywhere from 1oz - 4oz from the right then take that bottle to the freezer bag.
these days though I've started pumping enough to fill one bottle only because of the hassle of it and my goal is to freeze 6oz. a day so it works okay.
Maybe you can buy the 6oz bottle for your pump too? they should be compatable since they are both medela..

I bought a large set of bottles that are compatible with my Medela.
when i was first starting out i was pumping 10oz each breast. it was absolutely insane. it took me over three months to get it to a reasonable amount. If you want help calming your supply without tanking it just let me know. GL
