Stinky ears!

Anyone ever dealt with stinky ears? My brother called me shortly ago and told me that my nephew has an ear infection. Last week we noticed one of his ears was smelly. The infection is in the opposite ear though. He said he asked the doctor and all he really said was it was waxy. I was just curious if anyone else had experience with this!

    My mom always says the first sign of an ear infection is a smelly ear. You can find me from time to time smelling my boys ears.

    It's normal. Well, not ear sniffing, but having smelly ears when they're infected or waxy.

    Thanks for the input! Bro said the dr though an infection may be forming in the stinky ear and knew there was definitely one in his other ear.
