Did anyone lose their MP after first internal?

I am pretty sure I lost mine the next day. I also had an ultrasound to measure the baby since I am measuring ahead. The tech said her head is measuring 38-39 weeks and her belly is 38 weeks. She also guessed that she was about 7 ibs 6 oz. But that could be off as much as a pound. So she could be 6-8 lbs. Either way seems like a lot for being almost 37 weeks! If the doctor confirms all this I may get my due date changed to the 15th instead of the 27th. Has this happened to anyone else? Could I still go to my original due date just with a big baby?

    I did. Were you already dilated?   I was almost a 2 so I figure she just moved stuff around enough to loose it.  I also spotted for a while and she told me as long as it wasnt heavy like a period it was fine.

    She said i was a fingertip dilated

    i'm surprised they would consider moving your due date now. what's the point of that? i was 2 cm and 70% effaced at my internal this week, but my dr. said it could mean nothing in terms of when you'll actually go.
