Graco Nautilus installation. Help.

I bought a Graco Nautilus for DD for my DH's car. Straight out of the box, it is in a flat position. I read the directions on how to sit it upright, but I can't get it to "CLICK" into place. Is there a trick to it? I read the directions along with looking at the diagram.  I feel so dumb right now... LOL

    Straight out of the box our Nautilus was in two pieces - the back and the part she sits on. They clicked in together easily once I had them lined up right. I can't quite figure out how it could be laying flat, but if that's the case, maybe try taking it apart and putting it back together upright?

    I have the graco argos and mine came in one peice as well. Pulled right out of the box flat and clicked into place. I would call the company.
