DD slept through the night for about 3 weeks. I got all cooshy with it and used to normal sleep. Now she's up every 2 to 3 hours again and I can't adjust. I'm that creepy zombie all day because by the time I get her down, she's up 45 minutes later. Barf.

We aren't close either.. He eats every two to two and a half hours in the day and just this week started giving us one four to five hour stretch at night followed by one to two hour stretches from one o'clock until six, when he gets up for the day.
DD started giving us 5 to 6 hour stretches a few weeks back then the past few nights have been every two to three again! I miss my sleep but so glad you made this thread because misery loves company!!! ;
I can join this club! The longest DD has ever gone is 5 hours. About a week or two ago, she was only waking up twice per night. Unfortunately, she is going through that wakefulness period for the last week and wakes up every hour
Can I get an IV just to pump caffeine in my body all day?
My LO at her very best gets up 3 times per night...on her worst nights, like last night, she was up 5 or so times. She has never ever ever slept through the night.

I can join the club too! LO slept 4 to 5 hour stretches for about a month, but at the beginning of this month he regressed and now wakes up AT LEAST 5 times every night. X
Mine! He goes down between 7 and 8 and will sleep until 11 or 12 and then is up at 2 for a diaper change and then up at 3:30 for the day. I cried at work yesterday because the coke machine was still unplugged from the holiday week.
DD still eats every 2-3 hours throughout the day and night. She'll give me a 4 hour stretch at night if I'm lucky, but usually the longest is 3 hours.
Last night was a "lucky" night. She was asleep at 9:30, up at 1:30 to eat 3oz, up at 3:15 to eat 2oz, up at 5 to eat 3oz, and took another 1oz half an hour ago. She's asleep again. I can smell that she's wet but don't want to wake her up!

Griffin made it 8 hours last week. It has only happened once. Lately he has been sleeping 5-7.5 hours but now he has a cold again. Sunday night he was up at 11:30, 12:30, 2:30, and 4:30.

He's usually up at least twice. I put him down around 8, he gets up around 10, goes back down around 10:30, up again around 1 or 2 and the back down until 7 or so.

DS generally eats about every 2-3 hours, day and night. But to me it is like sttn now because we nurse in the side-lying position and he goes back to sleep right after eating. He used to stay awake and want to be held and walked around between feedings at night, and that was rough.
There have been like maybe three nights that DS only got up once to eat. Usually it's at least two or three times. IMO, that's still totally normal for this age (not that it's abnormal to STTN, but normal really varies for babies!).
Not even close. The longest LO has slept is 5 hours and not on a regular basis. If she wakes up, feeds and goes back to sleep easily, that is a victory.

He usually does a 5 hour stretch after a dream feed around 10-11 (which I don't consider STTN) and then he's up every 2 hours or so after that.
DS1 didn't STTN for the whole night until he was over a year old, so I don't really have my hopes up for anything much earlier than that.
