  For eczema we use glaxal base cream but theres also that baby aveeno eczema cream.
  
  Are you sure its eczema and not a diaper rash? For diaper rash, we use desitin.

  Just also wanted to say for eczema we also use otc hydrocortisone.

  My 6yo has really bad eczema, and we use Eucerin (sp) unless it is really bad and he uses protopic for it..

  Thanks girls! Its not a diaper rash but I think its eczema. I am going to the doctor to get it checked out. However, my baby does have eczema and I am looking for a good cream more on the nautral line if possible.
