Some people here love it, others hate it, but I went with Babies R Us because it was easy for my friends and family. I avoided Target only because I was still angry at them for loosing my wedding registry a few years ago, but I know a lot of other people do that too. Buy Buy Baby is popular too, though I have no idea where one is around here.

I'm actually going through the same thing right now. I wanted to register at BBB, but the only one in this area is near the old Garden State Park in New Jersey. DH and I actually got lost finding it on Saturday when we went to look at strollers and car seats. I don't know if this will be a problem for people being that there is only the one store in the area, so I might just keep it simple and register at BRU. I really don't want the hassle of two registries.
