nipple issue - TMIish

Never thought I'd write a post with that as a title...
So! L just cut her top two teeth (bringing the grand total to 4) and seems to be working on her incisors. Last week, while she was majorly teething, she nipped my right nipple several times, it bled, and scabbed over (lovely, I know). It hurt so badly that I started just nursing on that side once a day so it could heal, and I'd pump that side here and there (maybe once every 2 days). She only nurses 4-5x a day now and only one breast per time, so this wasn't a huge departure in frequency for that side.
Now the nipple has mostly healed, but there seems to be new skin growing over it, covering most of the holes from which milk flows. L gets frustrated on that side because she can't get milk quickly (plus she's being finicky with nursing b/c of her teeth anyway), and I only get a few drops with the pump, even though the breast is definitely full. I've tried gently scraping the new skin, but it doesn't seem to help.
Anyone had this issue? I seriously feel like a freak show, and I'm worried that this will tank my supply in that breast.

I'm not sure based on how you described it but could it be a milk blister? I had one of those early on and it was so painful and looked kind of like you described.
