  My nose has been super dry to the point there is blood when I blow it in the morning. I need to get a humidifier soon

  I too have not been feeling well in that regard. My nose was running constantly with sinus pressure/headache and this past Thursday Saturday or so I had a sore throat. Now it's more I need to blow it regularly and feeling postnasal drip symptoms, phlem, etc. I just figured it was a short lived sinus thing from weather, maybe symptoms?

  Yup! I've found saline spray helps get the gunk out. Other than that, I've just been sneezing and going through lots of Kleenex!

  I've been sporting a nice runny nose too, but since I work with mini germ factories (ahem, kids) I could have just as easily picked up something from one of them.  It's worse overnight and in the morning, but seems to mellow out around lunchtime...either way, its gross.  I did also hear it could be due to pregnancy, so apparently I've got the double whammy of regular germ exposure at work and snot producing hormones going insane.  Sweeeeeet.

  I was just going to post something like this... I have been feeling under the weather for about 5 days now, and would just love a good night sleep! Hoping it goes away in the next day or so, and I hope you guys start feeling better too!

  yep it can be due to pregnancy mine isn't though..since I'm coughing too and sore throat on and off. my Dr said benedryl could help with the congestion. otherwise just keep blowing your nose but maybe get a humidifier
